I gave up coffee this year and am now drinking tea with quite the compulsion. So far the favorites are "Constant Comment" black tea, Classic Sleepy Time, and Tetley green tea with lemon. Of the three, I'd rate "Constant Comment" highest and is my morning kicker and the other two throughout the day. Since I like sugar with my tea, I'm using a zero calorie sweetener called Stevia In The Raw. Perfect mix especially with the Sleepy Time.
You are now up to date on my drinking habits. Yours?

I drink gallons of tea, almost all of it green. On a typical day job day, I drink...counting...6-7 cups. My current fav is Tazo's Zen Tea (green with mint); green + citris, Constant Comment's green version; Tazo's English Breakfast, and genmaicha (green tea + roasted rice). My iced tea fav is Luzianna Iced Tea Blend (decaf so I can drink it all the time). The only non-tea Tea (I usually refer to herbal tea as "weeds in water") I drink is rooibos.
Tazo's Zen Tea (green with mint) and English Breakfast have been noted, Scott. Will add it to the shopping list. Do you use sugar at all?
I drink tea endlessly. I like Harney's best but it is $$$. Green with mint is always good. Or Green with jasmine. Constant COmment has too much cinnamon for me. I do like ginger tea too. No sugar or lemon or milk. Just plain
I hadn't heard of Harvey's and will add to my burgeoning list, Patti. Thanks. Green with jasmine gets a thumbs up from several others I've talked too.
No sugar or anything else. Just the tea and the water.
The only tea I add stuff to (and it's not really me) is chai tea at my local Indian restaurant.
Yeah, most true blue tea drinkers seem to think a sugar additive is some sort of a sacrilege. I feel like a heathen.
I'm not convinced that the artificial sweeteners are any healthier. I've heard they stimulate your desire for more sweets. I prefer a small amount of honey.
Start my day off with a cup of tea (normally drunk while I'm still in bed checking the feeds on my iPad), then after a morning dog walk it's coffee in the am, until my afternoon dog walk at which point it's tea in the pm. Might have a post dinner peppermint tea, which is drunk without milk otherwise it's normally milk but no sugar.
Sarah, in my case, I relish the honey a little too much. No self-control. So one tiny packet of artificial sweetener does the job. As for healthy, I tend to agree with you.
Alan, quite a few others mention they rotate between the tea and coffee. Maybe my old java habit will return in similar fashion at some point.
Black coffee from daybreak to four o’clock, and after dinner if I have work to do that night.
I never enjoyed black coffee without a little bit of whitening with Coffee-Mate. Actually, quite a bit.
David, I am a tea drinker though occasionally I like a good cup of filter coffee, known as "kapi" in my native tongue, Konkani, and in most parts of South India. I have tea with a spot of milk but without sugar, unless I'm dipping Khari biscuit ("baked rough puff pastry"), brun bread ("crusty, round-shaped bread") or plain bun butter. We Indians love to dip stuff in our daylong beverage.
