I would move the Knight to d5.
I agree with Bing. If you move your Knight to d5, you'll have checkmate

His best move is definitly the knight to block your rook. then if you move Dfive though it might be premature. His king might be able to cause you some trouble then.
It did, Charles. He moved his King and now my Rook is screwed.
