Dylan covers go back to the beginning, when Columbia had other Columbia artists doing his songs, and I've always been amazed at how much music other singers have found in them. They'd seem so tuneless in Dylan's flat delivery, and then just spring to life for someone else. A favorite: Richie Havens' "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue." Thanks, bud.
Ron, I'm a card carrying fan of Dylan and prefer his originals to most covers. But admit that technically speaking remakes like Richie Havens is superior. Does that make sense?
Alyssa, The Legend is glad to help with the morning. :)
Hey there! This song is perfect for the morning; and, of course, she is a marvelous singer. I enjoy listening to it:) Our http://custom-writing.services/ welcome you to visit a newly-designed website! Happy blogging!

Good song. I do like some of the slower songs when they are done as beautifully as this one.
I love Edie too but isn’t that Bob Dylan’s track? Cool video. It makes you see the parallels between Vietnam and Iraq.
Congratulations on Beat to a Pulp’s release!
Yes cool tune, David.
I'm a big fan of Dylan covers, and this is a great one. Thanks!
Does that video have scenes from a Tom Cruise movie?
Charles, It is a good one.
Sarah, A Dylan classic that Edie covered in the late 1980s. And thanks for the congrats.

I prefer the originals, too, for exactly the way Dylan sings them. It's a plus getting another artist who finds the "tune" in them.
