Russel D posted this vid, last week, on Do Some Damage and it's been stuck in my cranium every since. I'm passing it on to you...

Great, great song. And I liked the show, too.

Max Crook (keyboard player) invented his own clavioline-based electric keyboard called a Musitron that he played on Runaway and hence the spooky-cool sound.

Charles, If you do, I'd love to hear that story.

Corey, I may have to grab season 1 and watch it again.

I love that song! Don't think I know the show. He changed the lyrics for the show though.

He still had his voice until the end. Walk Away was new to me but sounded just as pitch perfect as the older material. I would consider buying a greatest hits of Del Shannon. Shame he didn't join The Traveling Wilburys. That would have been a nice replacement for Roy Orbison.

Reb, It's a sharp 80s TV show. I recommend it when you get the chance.

Diane, It's a pity that he wasn't able to get past that moment in his life. I believe a new generation (mine) was just beginning to discover him.

You knew from the first bars, and the first shots, it was going to be great-and it was.

That explains it...in the 80's I was up north and had two channels. I will have to look for it.
