    Thanks, Dan.

Chudney, Her mother says that quite a bit too and I don't get tired of hearing.

Charles, She has that kind of power.

  6. David, there is absolutely nothing better than those moments!

    Beautiful.....Ava, not you! Ha!

As Charles says, photos like this are uplifting and make you realise that no matter how bad things get or what is going on around the world, you should appreciate everything that you have!

Have a great weekend with your two girls, my friend!

(Me thinks Cosmetic Surgery has got its wires crossed!!)

  7. About how many pages did you get to read before she drifted off to dreamland from listening to daddy's gentle voice?

    Very cool pic.

  8. David, Spam, yeah, I was going to make fun of Cosmetic Surgery but it would be the third time I have.

The morning news looks like Biblical end times. I'm monitoring the situation in Japan closely because Denise and I have a very good friend there.

G, Actually she drifted off kinda fast on this one but sometimes she listens to several pages. I start with her books and then switch to mine.

    Leah/AC, Thank you, both.

  20. Barrie, Ava and I say thank you for stopping by.

Alyssa, Very true but funny when I try and lay her in the crib and it's wide awake time again. But I suspect that doesn't have to do with my reading skills. :)

Jay, Certainly, TM has nothing to worry about.

Old jokes are the best, Randy. Gracias, amigo.

Patti, I have almost six hundred more. I'm camera crazy these past few days.

Many thanks, Frank. I'm enjoying the hell out of fatherhood.

  21. My niece,Ava, she is perfect, just like her dad was at that age. She will grow, with her parents steady hands, to be as kind and gentle as they are today.
    Love, Aunt Sharon

  27. Ava is adorable! She looks like my daughter and you look like me back then reading a book while tending to the baby. My husband used to read Richard III aloud to her in her crib and now she's acting in Shakespeare. Be careful sharing pulp fiction or you might raise a femme fatale!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Maybe she will write them, Sarah. I can only hope! Btw Shakespeare was/is pulp. Hamlet and Chandler are simpatico.

That is so cool your daughter is acting! Way to go mom and dad!

  31. Jodi, I'm betting there will be a ton of pictures of me reading to her. I have taken overal close to seven hundred photos on a month.

That means a lot, Jess. Many thanks.
